Luka Dončić delivered a monster performance at Crypto.com Arena on Nov. 1, powering the Los Angeles Lakers to a 131-125 victory over the Toronto Raptors. The Lakers moved to 5-2, while Toronto dropped to 3-3 with its second consecutive defeat despite strong scoring contributions from Scottie Barnes, RJ Barrett and Jamison Battle.

Dončić piled up 45 points, 15 rebounds, six assists, five steals and one block in 35 minutes. He shot 12-for-23 from the field and a blistering 8-for-12 from beyond the arc, finishing with a plus-27 rating. His combination of scoring, rebounding and defensive production headlined the Lakers’ winning effort.

Walker Kessler added a double-double of 16 points and 15 rebounds, went a perfect 6-for-6 from the floor and blocked three shots. Austin Reaves contributed 19 points and four assists in 39 minutes, while Collin Sexton supplied 14 points on 6-for-10 shooting in 19 minutes.

Barnes led Toronto with 29 points, six rebounds and five assists on 11-for-20 shooting. Barrett posted 22 points, 10 rebounds and five assists, connecting on four of nine 3-point attempts. Battle delivered 20 points in just 17 minutes, including four triples of his own. Immanuel Quickley added 12 points, six rebounds and seven assists, but shot 3-for-13 from the field. Those efforts were not enough to overcome Dončić’s standout night.
