Wembanyama's 36 Points Lift Spurs Past Jazz for Third Straight Win

Victor Wembanyama powered the San Antonio Spurs to a 117-111 road victory over the Utah Jazz on Oct. 28, 2026, at Delta Center. Wembanyama filled the stat sheet in 39 minutes, pairing his 36 points and 14 rebounds with five assists, two steals and two blocks. He shot 14-for-25 from the field and 4-for-10 from three-point range, finishing with a plus-14 rating. His production gave the Spurs a formidable centerpiece on a night when four of their listed top performers scored at least 14 points.

Devin Vassell supplied 21 points, five rebounds and three steals, shooting 8-for-18 from the floor. Stephon Castle contributed 14 points, six rebounds and eight assists, along with two steals and a block. De'Aaron Fox also scored 14 and added four assists, three steals and a block, giving San Antonio contributions across the board.

George led Utah on 11-for-27 shooting, including five makes in 12 attempts from beyond the arc. Ace Bailey added 19 points and six rebounds in 40 minutes, while Darryn Peterson finished with 18 points, five rebounds and three assists. Brice Sensabaugh delivered 16 points in 18 minutes, going 4-for-5 from deep. Those efforts were not enough to match San Antonio, which left Delta Center with another victory behind Wembanyama's standout night.
