Jalen Brunson led New York with 30 points, while Karl-Anthony Towns added a double-double in a road win over San Antonio.

Jalen Brunson supplied the scoring punch, and the New York Knicks left San Antonio with a 105-95 victory over the Spurs on June 3. Brunson finished with 30 points, three rebounds and two assists, leading New York despite a demanding shooting night. He went 12-for-31 from the field and 2-for-9 from beyond the arc.

Karl-Anthony Towns gave the Knicks a productive complement with 18 points, 12 rebounds and four assists. He shot 7-for-15, added a block and posted a plus-14 rating. OG Anunoby contributed 17 points, three rebounds, a steal and a block, while Landry Shamet scored 13. Anunoby and Shamet each hit three of six attempts from long range.

Victor Wembanyama paced San Antonio with 26 points and 12 rebounds, adding two assists, a steal and three blocks. His production came alongside a difficult night from the floor: 6-for-21 overall and 2-for-9 from three. Stephon Castle added 17 points, eight rebounds and three assists on 7-for-16 shooting.

Dylan Harper supplied 16 points and eight rebounds, making six of his 10 field-goal attempts. Julian Champagnie also scored 16 and collected 10 boards, with five makes on 10 three-point attempts. Those contributions were not enough for San Antonio, as Brunson’s scoring and Towns’ all-around output helped New York secure the road result.
