Josh Hart powered New York with 26 points, while Jalen Brunson paired 19 points with 14 assists in a 109-93 home win over Cleveland.

The New York Knicks delivered a balanced offensive performance to beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 109-93 on May 21. Josh Hart matched Cleveland’s Donovan Mitchell for the game’s scoring lead with 26 points, while Jalen Brunson, Mikal Bridges and Karl-Anthony Towns each added at least 18 for New York.

Hart connected on 10 of 21 shots, including five of 11 from beyond the arc, and supplied seven assists and two steals. Brunson finished with 19 points and 14 assists despite shooting one of seven from three-point range. Both guards posted a plus-18 mark, giving the Knicks strong production from their scoring and playmaking partnership.

Bridges made efficiency his calling card, scoring 19 points on nine-of-12 shooting and finishing plus-20. Towns contributed an 18-point, 13-rebound double-double, hitting seven of 12 field-goal attempts and three of five from deep. Their production gave New York multiple scoring options alongside Hart and Brunson.

Mitchell led Cleveland with 26 points on eight-of-18 shooting, but his effort was not enough. James Harden added 18 points, six rebounds and two steals, while Evan Mobley supplied 14 points, six rebounds, three assists and two blocks. Jarrett Allen recorded 13 points and 10 rebounds with two blocks. Those contributions could not match New York’s top performers, as the Knicks finished with a 16-point victory.
